Evaluating AI for work order execution in the field
Earlier this year, GoCollective, one of Denmark's major public transport operators, began exploring practical use cases for AI in their maintenance operations. The objective was to identify where AI could deliver tangible value in the asset management of a large and demanding fleet.
In this session, Henrik C. Andersen shares the findings to date: which use cases proved viable, which did not, and what is required to move from experiment to daily operations. He also outlines his perspective on the impact AI is expected to have on GoCollective's maintenance operations, in both the short and long term.
What participants will learn:
• How GoCollective identified AI use cases that are worth pursuing
• How to move from pilot to daily operations – the organisational and data-quality obstacles that typically stall AI initiatives, and how GoCollective is addressing them
• Where AI supports maintenance technicians: Practical examples of AI-assisted diagnostics and documentation search, and how they shorten fault-finding time
