As IT Director at GoCollective, I lead the company's technology organisation, cybersecurity, compliance, supplier management and IT strategy. Since GoCollective became an independent company, I have led the establishment of a modern and independent IT landscape, including Microsoft 365, infrastructure and critical business systems. I have also built the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS), preparing the organisation for ISO 27001 certification, strengthening cybersecurity governance through the CIS Controls framework, and supporting compliance with NIS2. I am currently leading the IT work supporting the carve-out of GoCollective's rail business as part of its transition to DSB.
